Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made on Reprogramme.org are final. Once you have gained access to the program materials, templates, or coaching content, we cannot offer a refund, as the digital assets are deemed used upon download or access. We encourage you to review all program details and FAQs thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure the program is a right fit for your needs.
Exceptions
We only consider refund requests under very specific circumstances, such as a duplicate charge due to a technical error on our part. In such cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Any approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Coaching and Services
For 1:1 sessions or live coaching programs, payments are non refundable once the session has been booked or the program has commenced. If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide notice or a no show for a scheduled call will result in the forfeiture of that session fee.
Payment Disputes
By purchasing our products or services, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider or bank without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with our support team. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will provide all necessary documentation to your bank to prove the validity of the purchase and your agreement to these terms.
